Welcome to Cronos Brave! By purchasing or otherwise interacting with our NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 "NFT": Refers to a Non-Fungible Token that represents ownership of a unique digital asset or artwork, issued on a blockchain.

1.2 "Creator": Refers to the individual or entity who has created the NFT or the underlying digital asset.

1.3 "Buyer": Refers to the individual or entity who purchases or otherwise acquires an NFT from the Creator.

1.4 "Platform": Refers to the online service or marketplace where the NFT is listed or traded.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the token itself, but not the underlying intellectual property rights to the digital asset. Ownership of the NFT is recorded on the blockchain.

2.2 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights, in the digital asset remain with the Creator or the original rights holder. The Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and transfer the NFT in accordance with these terms.

3. License Grant

3.1 Personal Use: The Buyer is granted a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use, display, and share the NFT for personal purposes only.

3.2 Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the NFT, including but not limited to advertising, merchandising, or creating derivative works, requires explicit permission from the Creator and may be subject to additional terms.

4. Transfers and Resales

4.1 Transferability: The NFT can be transferred or resold through the Platform or other approved marketplaces. When transferring or reselling the NFT, the Buyer must comply with all applicable laws and Platform rules.

4.2 Royalties: The Creator may be entitled to a royalty payment on subsequent sales of the NFT. The percentage and conditions of any royalty payment will be disclosed at the time of the initial purchase.

5. Platform and Transaction Fees

5.1 Fees: Transactions involving the NFT may incur fees charged by the Platform or blockchain network. These fees are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not refundable.

5.2 Changes: The Platform or blockchain network may change its fee structure at any time. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the applicable fees before completing any transaction.

6. No Warranty

6.1 As-Is Basis: NFTs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Creator and Platform make no warranties or representations about the NFT’s quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other aspect.

6.2 Risks: The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing NFTs involves risks, including but not limited to market volatility, security risks, and technical issues. The Creator and Platform are not liable for any losses incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Exclusion: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator and Platform disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the NFT or these terms.

8. NFTs Utility

8.1 Utility:  The NFTs in this project may include certain utilities, which could be subject to limitations. These utilities may include, but are not limited to:  

• Access to exclusive content, events, or communities.
• Voting rights within the Project.
• Future airdrops or other benefits.

•  Brave Pass: Pass holders receive 15%-30% discount and rebate on every primary purchase of Brave Legends depending on the type of Pass owned. Pass holders also receive monthly airdrops in $Brave tokens for every Brave Pass held.  Check out the Brave Pass HERE
•  Brave Vault: Upon successful sell out of the weekly mint, A raffle spin is conducted to select three lucky winners from the week’s primary mint and each receive $50 in CRO. 
•   Brave Sweep: A new sweep contest is run every two weeks and the top 3 primary buyers receive special NFT prizes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through Cronos Brave Discord, as determined by the parties.

10. Modifications

10.1 Changes to Terms: The Creator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform and will become effective upon posting.
